Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. Please remember to properly care for your pieces by following the instructions on the care label.  If there is any issue with your order, please contact us so that we can work with you to resolve it. 

Please know that all market purchases are final sale, as noted at our market booth.

Returns / Exchanges

You have 14 calendar days to return or exchange an online ordered item from the date you received it.  To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  Your item must be in the original packaging.  Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your online ordered item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.  If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund in the form of store credit.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your online ordered item(s).  Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
